We’ve been in the vacuum business for over forty-five years, and we’ve deliberately chosen to sell and service only the brands we trust: Kirby Signature series, Riccar, Miele, Simplicity, CleanMax, Lindhaus, and Titan, a private label brand. We work directly with these manufacturers, so genuine parts and expert technical support are always available.

Many other shops will attempt to repair lesser brands, but then you’re simply out the service fee for a fix that rarely lasts. If you find a vacuum online or in a big box store, chances are it won’t be supported well when it needs service. We’ve seen the junk come and go, and we’ve weeded them out, keeping only the models that are built to last and can actually be serviced properly.

Every repair is done right here in our Colorado Springs shop by our own technicians. Your vacuum never gets shipped out to a warehouse, so you get it back faster and you can talk to the person who actually worked on it.

We service Miele canister and upright vacuums, including the Classic C1 and Guard L1 models. We also stock the Miele bags and filters to go with them.

Kirby Signature Series Repair
We repair Kirby Signature Series vacuums, including the C550 and V530.

Lindhaus, Simplicity, CleanMax and Titan Repair

Just bring your vacuum in during store hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. We're closed Sunday and Monday.

A Spa Day is our complete vacuum service for $69.95. We take your vacuum apart, clean and sanitize it, and put in a new bag and belt. Any other parts are extra.

What if something goes wrong after my Spa Day?
We test every vacuum before it leaves our store, but the real test is how it runs at home. If your vacuum acts up after its Spa Day, bring it back in and we'll take care of it with no labor charge.
