All vacuum cleaners purchased from Griggs Vacuums Online are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you can return it to us.
Returns must be shipped at the customers' own expense.
You must Contact Us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your product. There will be an additional 10% charge for any product returned without an RMA.
You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
Vacuums must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging, documents and accessories.
Once the product is received and evaluated by Griggs Vacuums, we will apply store credit to your account within 3 business days.

Bags, belts, filters, and accessories are excluded from this guarantee.
30 Day Performance Guarantee: If your product becomes defective (not due to misuse) within the first 30 days of use (broken belts not included) you have the following options:
You can Contact Us and we will try to determine what the problem is. We may be able to send you out a part if the problem can be easily fixed (no cost to you). We can also direct you to the nearest Warranty Station if this is convenient for you.
You can request that the product be picked up and shipped back directly to us at no cost to you.
We can immediately ship out a replacement to you.
You can request an in-store credit. This credit can be immediately used for any products found on Griggs Vacuums Online.
You can request your Full Money Back and we will credit your credit card for the full cost of the purchase including all shipping and taxes paid.

All machines we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty.
If you experience a problem anytime during the warranty period on your purchase from Griggs Vacuums, please Contact Us.
We can often determine the problem over the phone to get your machine back in running order.
We can help you locate your nearest warranty repair facility.
We can coordinate with the manufacturer to make sure your warranty issue is resolved properly.
We can take care of any warranty issue in our own facilities; however, if we are not your closest warranty facility shipping costs would apply after the initial 30 day period.
Griggs Vacuums Long Term Commitment:
If after the factory warranty period, you experience a problem with any machine purchased from Griggs Vacuums, Contact Us.
We will help to solve your problem
We will gladly offer free expert repair advise to solve your problem in your own home.
We will help you to locate your nearest repair facility.
If you prefer to have us repair your machine, $35.00 maximum labor charge is guaranteed.
Parts and shipping costs would be additional.
Shipping Policy: All orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Your order will ship within 10 business days. We will notify you if for some reason we will not be able to meet the ten day deadline. Typical shipments occur within 2 business days.
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s. US Postal will be used in these instances.
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or you discover a defect upon initial use, we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be picked up and then immediately ship out a replacement at no cost to you. Please Contact Us immediately if this happens.
